Return Policy

  1. Video unboxing is necessary as proof for damage cases. Please record it in clear lighting.
  2. Video unboxing is necessary as proof for missing accessories. Please record it in clear lighting.
  3. ⁠⁠We do not accept a return if you don’t have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.
  4. ⁠⁠Returns must be initiated within a maximum of 3 days after the arrival of the item at the destination.
  5. ⁠⁠Returns will be replaced with the same category of tumbler according to available stock.
  6. ⁠⁠Used items are not eligible for return. All components of the bottle, including the box packaging, cardboard box, bottle, and straw, must remain sealed in plastic and intact.
  7. Returns will be processed within 10 business days after the product arrives at the CRU warehouse. All expenses will be covered by the buyer, unless for situations where the problem arises due to an error on our part.
  8. ⁠⁠Our customer service team will inquire with utmost detail regarding any bottle damage to the buyer, including requests for photos of the damaged parts or any other relevant information.
  9.  ⁠⁠We do not approve of reimbursement or refund requests.
